Arye, Lustig & Sassower, P.C., Announces Two Attorneys Named To 2013 New York Super Lawyers List

Arye, Lustig & Sassower, P.C., is pleased to announce that two members of the Manhattan law firm have been selected for inclusion in the 2013 New York Super Lawyers list. Lawyers D. Carl Lustig III and Mitchell J. Sassower have both been named to the list. No more than 5 percent of the attorneys in New York are selected for the honor each year.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of attorneys from more than 70 practice areas who have earned significant peer recognition and professional achievements. Recipients are selected annually using a multiphase process that includes independent research evaluations of candidates, peer reviews and a statewide survey of lawyers.

Multiple Years On The List

Mr. Lustig and Mr. Sassower have both been named to New York’s Super Lawyers list for multiple years. Mr. Sassower, the managing partner of Arye, Lustig & Sassower, P.C., has been named to the Super Lawyers list since 2007. He is a past recipient of the “Attorney of the Year” award by the Institute of Jewish Humanities. He serves on the board of directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Sassower lectures regularly on legal topics and has written articles relating to his practice areas.

Mr. Lustig has been named to the New York Super Lawyers List since 2009. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has received the “Attorney of the Year” award by the Institute of Jewish Humanities. He has been named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in New York by the National Trial Lawyers Association for three consecutive years.
